I met you at Messages of Joy this weekend and had a message from the ancestors for you but I was nervous and it did not come out as they intended so I'm sending it to you: "Your songs sing to the young souls of traditions all but forgotten. The vibrations begin a remembering and a renewal is coming. We are honored and we honor you. Wa do" The Council of Elders speaks through White Buffalo Calf Woman.

I haven't posted anything since 2005, but I still follow your music, tours and hope all is well with you. Your music is soothing to me as I work through the usual trials and tribulations in life, and I find solace in your music, relaizing that life is meant to be enjoyed not feared or looked upon with sad eyes or depression. Arrival remains my favorite CD but all of your CDs are wonderful and hope to see emails from you, and tour dates close to this area sometime soon.

Aspects of your music has changed my life, and it has also touched the lives of many people in my area.

Mr. Bluefeather,
I just want to say thank you for your beautiful music. I was at the Columbia City powwow in August. My mother surprised me by buying a flute for me(she had been looking for one for a couple of years I guess--when she found one they were always very expensive) & it has been a blessing. It helps me relax & find an inner peace after a tough day at work. My girls have also picked it up & started playing it. Hope to see you at the Perrysburg Powwow on Sept. 30th. Will you have your CD's & sheet music there too? Thank you for everything. You and your music are a blessing to everyone.
Tammy

I listened to your CD Time For Truth and was overtaken by your playing of I Say Thank You.
It was a true spiritual journey and I Say Thank You for sharing it with us.
After hearing your entire CD I choose to purchase a flute by Odell Borg (High Spirit Flutes) hoping it will help me in meditation and relaxation.
Once again Thank You for sharing your journey with us.

Osiyo,
I heard your music for the first time at the Pow Wow in Portland in each reached down to my soul. I am also Cherokee and have not been dancing and I bought the CD Heal the Earth which was the one that had touch me so. I am looking for to coming to see you in Columbia City in August. Do you have pictures that you sign for people. Also I was wanting to get some more of CD's and I would be very honored if you could sign it for me. You have no idea how that week end changed my life. I knew I should be dancing and I promised my granmother before she crossed over that I would learn our language and I have not learned that yet. Her people were around NC, Tenn and Ark. She has been gone many years and now I want to keep my promise to her to dance and learn our language.Hopefully I will have a change to meet you and your family. The Creator has given you a great gift and you have touched many lives. Mine especially. We will see you in Aug.

Hey Doug!
Just ordered your latest two CDs and am looking forward to rreceiving them. Also, turned our company secretary on to your albums and we now hear them in the office. Thanks - that generic/canned dentist office stuff was killing me. Now, I need to get her to buy her own CDs and give mine back to me. Of course, I thought ahead and loaded them onto my MP3 player for when I'm driving in the pickup. he!he!
Anyway, hope all is well with you and yours and, as always, thanks for the skill of you talent and the quality it adds to my journey.
Take care,
Jim

Took the time to listen to the tracks on your new CD, Spirit of the Flute. You've done some good work. I am finding more and more people are wanting just good solid flute with little or no accompaniment. That was one of the reasons I released "Sacred Songs - Sacred Words." Keep up the good work. If you get up to Ontario, near Brantford, stop in at Six Nations Iroquois territory and look me up. Take care and stay strong. Onen ki wahi tsi niyo:re tentsitewatatken.
